Hi @jbg.koop,

Thank you for posting! I am sorry to hear about the issue. I had some customers who were experiencing the same issue and clean uninstalling and re-install of Fusion solved the issue. Could you try that to see if that helps?

Hello Masanobu Minohara thanks for your reply.

I already tried reinstalling twice using the normal windows way and I just tried it with the Fusion 360 cleaner tool for windows,

sadly nothing chanced.

I hoop there is an other solution?

HI @jbg.koop,

I am sorry to hear that the issue still persists. Could you try manual clean uninstall to see if that makes a difference?

I have similar problem with top bar. I run windows 10 and got "error 87" when starting windows. This happened about 6 weeks ago and since then I have the problem. Sounds familiar ?  Am now trying to update the driver of my AMD graphics card, which is said to cause the "87" problem.

Hi @jbg.koop,

Thank you for your response! I am sorry to hear that the issue still persists. Does it make any differences if you hit [Ctrl] + [Alt] + [R] after opening Fusion?  I'm not sure if this is actually related to your account but would you be able to create a new Autodesk account and log in to Fusion with a new one to see if that makes a difference? Closing Fusion and then deleting the Login State.xml  will force you to sign in to Fusion again when launching next time.

Windows OS

1. (Close Fusion 360) In windows explorer browse to  %localappdata%\autodesk\web services

2. In the Web Services directory, right lick on the Login State.xml file and select delete

3. Restart Fusion 360
