lack of necessary entitlements

I have an issue in the section "generative design" because when i click on the button "Previewer" an error message appears. It says that my account may not have been assigned the necessary entitlements. I have followed the steps shown on the site in order to fix the problem and I noticed that I don't have the generative design extension, so I suppose this could be the problem. I don't understand how to install that extension, may you help me?

Hi @matteo_leghissa,

The screenshot shows you have a student license, which includes an entitlement for Generative Design. You won't need a Simulation extension to use the Previewer.

Could you try restarting Fusion? That should refresh the entitlements that may have glitched. If that doesn't solve the issue, please attach your log files, and we'll take a closer look.

  • Help pull-down > Support and Diagnostics > Diagnostic Log Files

Thank you for including the screenshot.
