Issues with motion links/joints

Hi All,  need some help creating some motion joints in the attached simple machine.  The crank handle rotates the disk and swings the Yoke left and right.  All help appreciated.

You need a Pin Slot joint between the crank handle and a side plate.

The yoke as you call it needs a Revolve and not Cylindrical Joint.

Might help.....

I used a Tangent Relationship to connect the rotating pin the the Yoke.  This could have been a Pin-Slot Joint but it is a little more difficult to apply in your case.  Model is attached.

Hi John,  Your solution worked perfectly,  I did not know there was a tangent relationship in the menu dropdown.  Thanks So much..
