In correct tools in post

Again,  I am off the rails on this.   A milling program  3 axis.  When I post ,my feature will post with the correct tool and the proper tool change is ordered.  After that another incorrect tool will be listed without a tool change being ordered.  I go thru the code and erase all these incorrect tools this takes time.  I have tried different post and its the same.  Again  What am I failing to see.  This is a sample

hello @jerrybentley

Can you give us more information please ?

What is the controler on the machine?

How the machine is layed out?

Tool changer can come in 2 differents configurations.

Either a swinging arm, or an umbrella.

Umbrella tool changer doesn't use tool preparation, swinging arm does.

It's possible that a property in the post allow to switch this behavious on /off.

Regards.
