importing STL

Hi - I am trying to import the attached STL file.into a body.  I have read numerous training blogs but I am struggling to try and correlate what is in the training blog and the Fusion drop downs.

Can anyone help guide me please.

Thank you gentlemen.   I have done this but what i have still feels like a mesh rather than a body.   I cannot extrude it.   Am i doing something wrong or is this the way it is?

What feature do you want to Extrude?

I do not see any new sketches in the file?

stl is planar faceted triangles - that is what you converted.

See Attached (there is a problem with the Fillet on rim, but I have to run to a meeting...
