How to sit All components on the ground plane?

I've got a number of components in a file. I'd like to have them all sit naturally on the ground/ground-plane so the renders look more realistic. Is there a function/tool to achieve this?

Thanks in advance.
Jason

Any model where the components sit on the Origin plane are on the ground plane.  In my example, an assembly, I will move all the components to a point on the X-Y plane.  If you do not have an assembly and want each component to be independently moved to the X-Y plane, then you will have to repeat the process for each component.  Take a look at my Screencast.  As I pointed out, watch out for Grounded components.
