How to Refine Sweep Surface Geometry - HELP

I'm working on a design with very low tolerances. I've posted an image below. Is there a way to stitch these surfaces?

Notice how on the right side the sweep is smooth and then it segments. These subtle angles are a problem when use SLA printing due to it being able to capture the detail.  I assume this has to do with the splines that are used to make this sweep possible, but the rail I am using has no voids to my knowledge. The portion that I've highlighted is good, so why can't Fusion replicate this smooth surface throughout the entire sweep?

Since I'm somewhat of a beginner with surface modeling, maybe there might be a tool or setting that I've overlooked?

Please share your model. I somehow doubt that the curvature continuous borders between patches can be seen in a 3D print.
