Do you mean in a hole? Create an axis through the hole, then a plane at angle using the axis then sketch the profile of the o ring groove and use a Revolve cut. Or create an offset plane from the end of the hole, then sketch a circle and extrude.

Thanks, How to make the o ring in certain diameter for example i do not want the o ring in the edge but closer to the middle instead of 100mm in the edge of tube i want it to be 50mm in the middle of tube
Thanks mark, i tried not working. Can you make video making an example of depth, id and o ring. I do not want the o ring to be in edge but 10mm from edge of the object. much appreciated
@memo2022 Sorry can't make a video but I've attached a file with both methods I suggested above.
First one creates an axis then a plane and sketch then revolve.
Second uses an offset plane, sketch then project the edge of the hole and offset before extruding. If you step along the timeline and try editing the features you should be able to figure out what I've done.

1. change the offset distance
2. create a circle and use it for split face tool
3. please show your object and mark the desired position
