How do we create a video of Fusion 360 to explain a problem?

Hi Everyone,

I remember that there was a way to make a video of what one was doing in Fusion 360.  One purpose of making such a video is to explain a problem so that you can ask about it on a forum.  How do we make such a video?  I don't remember how to do it.
