Haven't been able to log in this morning

When I try to start fusion I get an error (text below) and am unable to log in. it indicates an update might resolve the issue but I don't see a way to download and apply an update without being logged on. how do I resolve this? it was supposed to be a busy day.

@javelin_exile Not sure what the error you are referring to is but you can try the below:

1. Launch Fusion and while launching press Ctrl+shift (windows) or cmd+shift(Mac) to launch the Fusion service utility
2. Run the repair Fusion 360 and that should take you to the latest version

If this is not working please add any image snapshot or using the Fusion service utility please collect the system information and post the zip files generated here please?

This worked but I had to start the utility by another method the ctrl/shift trick didn't work. I selected right-click/ change in the programs list in windows and that made it come up.
