@amahmud3 Can you please do a couple of things?
1. Can you please post log files from this machine that is not going online?
2. Also, if you connect to another network, say a mobile hotspot, is Fusion going online?
3. Can you restart your router as an option to see if that addresses the issue?
Bottom line is that something is preventing Fusion calls and we need to find out which one. Could also be Windows defender firewall. iIf you can turn that off and see if it goes online that will help.

@smaggioli You cannot login or does Fusion go offline after login. The original thread is about cannot go online.

1. Close Fusion
2. Go to C:\Users\(username)\Appdata\Local\Autodesk\DELETE Autodesk Fusion 360
3. Now start Fusion again
