Fusion 360 seems to access two different A360 accounts

Hi,

I seem to have run into an issue that others have experienced already ... 

Fusion 360 seems to access two different A360 accounts, but both are linked to the same Autodesk account ( I only have one of course ) ..

 

- In the left panel ,  all my projects are correctly shown

- When I click on my Name in the left panel , a web page  ( https://myhub.autodesk360.com/g/all_projects/active " opens  , listing all my correct projects ...

 

I noticed this because I wanted to use Fusion360 on a different PC and that lists the incorrect info too 😞

 

But , when I click on my name on  the right of the title bar, then select "My Profile"  , the webpage and projects are totally incorrect , just listing a few very old tests ..

 

I tried updating First and Last Name on my profile page , and that too only seems to have changed it on one of the "two" accounts aswell 

 

Is there a way of getting this fixed ?

Hi @Anonymous,

 

It appears as if you are signing into two different accounts. From your screenshots, in the top-right hand corner, do you see the icons? They are different. If you click each one, does it display different email addresses?

The email address ( and password ) is two times the same, but icon aswell as first and last name shown on a360 profile are different.

Hi @Anonymous,

 

Can you send me a PM with the email address associated with both of them? Have you changed the email address associated with your Autodesk Account at anypoint?

Just wondering because I sent it from my phone and I'm notz sure it was sent correctly ...

Hi @Anonymous,

 

Yes! Sorry about the lack of reply. I have created a ticket for this as this will need to be fixed in the backend. Like you mention - it seems there are two hubs associated with your one email address and those need to be consolidated. As soon as I have an update I will let you know.

Hi @Anonymous,

 

Sorry for the delay, but I believe we have a fix on the way. I just need a bit of confirmation. Right now, does the hub you are working in contain any data? We are working on locking one, so there is only access to the one with the most data and projects. In the one that only contains a test project and another project - are you able to export all of this data and we are good to lock it? Once locked you will not have the access. Please let me know.

Hi James,

 

No issue , it hasn't kept me from working with Fusion360 , so there was no hurry ....

 

The one to be locked should now only contain the demo project

 

All my data is in the other profile  ( Folders amongst others : Divers , Tester , Doheem ...... )
