@Anonymous Can you please see how much disk space you have? Logs show that you are running low on disk space. Clearing your temp files or cache etc can create more room.

Hi Roberto,

your logs does not show disk space issue for sure. I am still trying to figure out what the issue could be.

Hi Roberto,

Your log shows an error trying to update some of the installed files on disk, this could be caused by a background process holding on to the files, so one possibility would be to reboot your computer and see if it helps. If a reboot doesn't help, could you share a little more information about the Operating System version you are running.

Regards,

Matt

I am currently running the fusion 360 as administrator and now it is
saving and working fine. Try to run the software as administrator .##-

Yes, I reboot but the problem still exist.

I'm running Fusion 360 on a MacBook Air 11" with Catalina OS X Version 10.15.3.

Sorry,

I entered as Administrator but I wasn't able to find the Fusion 360 Application. So no success.

Hi Roberto,

Going through your logs we've identified a slightly strange situation (it appears your machine has a mix of old and new software). We think this is why the update is failing, so the workaround would be to uninstall and reinstall. The 'Remove Autodesk Fusion 360' link should be fine, no need to follow any clean uninstall instructions, if things are still problematic after that then the next step would be a clean uninstall.

In the meantime, we are going to see if we can reproduce the issue you are running into.

Regards,

Matt.

Hi Matt,
finally I was able to install a clean version of Fusion 360 and it seems like is functioning.
Many thanks and regards
