Fusion 360 freezes at launch

Hi all,

I have encountered a problem since yesterday: As indicated in title, Fusion 360 froze at launch. Here is a screenshot to demonstrate the state of Fusion 360:

Sometimes it was able to go further (I guess) to show the data panel on the left and froze there.

Things I have done before this problem (testing API in command window within Fusion 360):

1. Switch Fusion 360 offline

Application.isOffLine = True

2. Check current user

Application.currentUser

Step 2 returns nothing to me and Fusion 360 started to freeze. Since then, I was unable to open Fusion 360.

Things I have done to (try to) repair Fusion 360:

1. Clean uninstall and reinstall

2. Uninstall and delete every Autodesk-related file, then reinstall

3. Re-install and delete two xml files:

      C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Web Services\LoginState.xml

      C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Neutron Platform\Options\NMachineSpecificOptions.xml

4. Used the Fusion 360 troubleshooter here (https://autode.sk/32r43MD)

In step 1~3, I have restarted the computer multiple times (usually uninstall -> Restart -> Re-install).

Things I have not done:

1. Check the internet connection. Since I was able to use Fusion 360 without any problem before yesterday, internet connection should be fine.

2. Disable antivirus. I am not allowed to modify the antivirus settings, and I thought it should not be a problem since there has been no change in antivirus for a long time.

Can anyone help solve my problem? Thanks a lot in advance!

Currently I have no idea what should I try so I just repetitively launch (and kill) Fusion 360. Something very interesting is, occasionally Fusion 360 was able to complete its launch (Maybe 1 out of 10 launches).

However this does not solved the problem: After a successful launch, I quitted Fusion 360 and re-opened it: and it froze again!
