Form preview not given II

Well I'm back...

Thought this was a zoom issue but it returned.  Tried resetting my view but that didn't work..

I have no idea.  All I can recommend is the Reset to Default Layout command and maybe re-starting Fusion.  I've never seen that behavior before.  Have you tried other form primitives, such as Cylinder?
