Error: Unhandled Exception when starting up Fusion 360

Hello all, I have been facing problems while launching the Fusion 360 software even after trying to re-downloading & installing the software. I tried out other solutions too, mentioned in this link below, but didn't work out: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Fus... Here is the snapshot of the error I get: Please help me. Thanks in advance:) Amey

Hi @Anonymous,

Sorry to hear you're crashing! I'll need either your log file or the CER number of the crash to get a better idea of what exactly went wrong. Can you please either post the CER number or PM me your installation log file? (The installation log is at C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\Appdata\Local\Autodesk\autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.log)

To cross out some variables in the meantime, can you please check to make sure there aren't any pending system updates?

Thanks!

Hello Kate,

Thanks for your support. I am sharing the log file with you. Meanwhile I will check if I have any system updates pending.

Thanks

Amey

Hi @Anonymous,

Thanks for the log! Were there any pending system updates?

If not, or if updating didn't fix it, please open windows explorer and navigate to %localappdata%\autodesk and delete the "webdeploy" folder, then reinstall Fusion 360 as administrator. Please let me know whether that works for you!
