DXF error

DXF files generated by project generated sketch DXF output is correct. Post processed DXF will not read into my laser. Has several errors.

This problem comes up several times a month and the problem is the software reading the DXF does not support splines correctly. If you reimport into Fusion or AutoCAD or any half decent CAD program the DXF should be correct. Your best workaround will be to use the Spline to Polyline add in.
