Difficulty aligning a cylinder body with an angled line

Im trying to align some pipe bodies to different angled lines, to build a geodome. So when I make a circular pattern and mirror, it will all align. I tried many things but nothing works, anyone has an idea of how to do it? Im putting some prints do exemplify

If you truly want to use Bodies, then the Align command will do the trick.
