I do not believe you can change the item listing availability, you can turn on and off the visibility of items and then save the configuration to various setup sheet style configurations. If you want to delete a save setup sheet configuration go to your Data Panel, select the Projects symbol, then select Assets and under CAMSetupSheetConfigurations project, you can delete previously saved setups.
