Corupt file after fillet

Hello,

my problem is, that my file gets corupted when I save it.

I had a problem with a Fillet at one corner (posted in this Forum: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-support/fillet-bug/m-p/10345017#M123987 ) but I managed to workaround.

So after I managed to fillet correctly, I saved my 3D Model and everything was fine.

After a while  I wanted to reopen it to continue my desing, but now i get an error, that the file is corupted.

So I took an older version and made the fillet again. Saved, closed, tryed to reopen, corupt again...

So I've tried to save when I apply the fillet only to the bottem left corner, as seen in this Screencast: https://autode.sk/3bQO6nI and the savefile gets corupted. When I create a filet at another edge everything is fine.

Here my model: https://a360.co/3yDozYY

And I attached my diagnostic log file..

it appears as if the model you shared is the version after the corruption?  All I get is a spinning wheel when I open that link.  Can you share the older version (before you added the fillet), so we can try to reproduce this?  Thanks.

Hello Jeff,

first of all, thanks for you fast reply.

Sure, here is a copy of the non corupted version: https://a360.co/3bYbmAC and I attached the .f3z to this post.

But you should be able to select an earlyer version in the drop down menu form the previously shared link.

Best regards, Jonathan

Thanks, @JonathanB3 - that is genuinely weird.  I can reproduce it, but only using those exact steps.  I suspect the undo is involved somehow.  But, it is weird that you get an error about reading a corrupt design when you are using Save Copy As.

I did find that you can use Save As, and that succeeds, but the design is, indeed corrupt at that point.

It is really helpful that you were able to share the design before the corruption.  That will give us a chance to fix it.

I created bug FUS-83988 for this issue.

Hello,
short update:
I created a new model as my old one and got the same problem. The fillet in this one corner jumps to a different pattern as I click on finish and my savefile gets corupted.

Hello @jeff_strater,
short question, is there any update to my problem?

And in my opinion, it is realy directly linked to the Problem which I explained here: (https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-support/fillet-bug/td-p/10336258).
When you create a variable fillet on this specific edge, with the middle point set at the 10mm fillet, you get a different fillet pattern, after you press ok. But only in this specific corner.
Greetings, Jonathan
