Im trying to sell your software to my company and we cant test it is there someone who can help with this?
I'm having the same exact problem, I was really looking forward to the sheet metal update and then it fails to update. I tried turning off anti-virus and firewall but it still would not update. Hopefully this can get fixed soon, I really wanted to try out the new features.
I got my update to download by clearing the user cache and completely shutting down my computer, then turning it back on. Hopefully this helps someone else, I know it probably won't do much for those trying to install the trial, but it might be worth a shot.
