This is the support article for all demotivated users. It can also probably relate to the recovery of applications in some topics. https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Cannot-snap-to-obj...

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

Mash p on your keyboard for Project.

I would consider that model to be finished.  What is it you would like to do in that sketch?

P for Project is unlikely to be what you want, (needs a 2d sketch)

Project > Include 3d geometry is for 3d sketches.

Might help....

@TheCADWhisperer @davebYYPCU

Well, I done this before. Today is July 12, 2023. Let's start this topic again.

How about working out an example for something like this.

Because I already feel like this topic is starting to smell exactly like a mcintosh.

That sounds great. Can you upload a model like that?

Geometry 101.

Enjoy!

@Anonymous

Edit: I made one mistake that caused not to update with change in dimension.  Tomorrow I will post corrected geometry if you don't figure it out.

@TheCADWhisperer just in case you're not familiar with me. I don't want a repeat of the same thing from 2019. Biking and bikinis is my life. How about you do the model? Please. I'm sure it's possible with the law and Balsamic and Vandamme(not the actor)

@Anonymous

Do you have a link to the reference?

I must admit that I do not understand your problem description.

Can you elaborate on your issue?

What does this mean?

Is English your native language?

If the answer is no, try posting your problem description in your native language and I can use Google Translate.

@TheCADWhisperer @davebYYPCU In any case. Today is July 13th 2023. It's Thursday. I really need the 6th Generation of geodesic. Even better if I get all 6 generations. Please.

Sketch4 is a Polygon

TheCADWhisperer_0-1689294008042.png

... more specifically a >>Pentagon<<.

It is tied to previous geometry with Coincident constraints.

TheCADWhisperer_0-1689295158932.png

I made one little mistake in that changing the d1 dimension size the model does not update correctly.

I can fix this if you need for me to show you how.  Just let me know if you can't figure it out.
