Hi,
I created an account as a design competition mentor (for FTC), I was able to download the dmg for Mac and start the installation, however, at ~14%, I got the error, HTTP 404, it seems a file cannot be found on the server. I attached the screenshot and the log file.

Hello,
I am having this issue too. Not much info to add, but I did create a new account to use the trial, and then I realized I have an older account and want to use that. When I uninstalled the version using the bad account, and reinstalled with the account I want to use, I get the error.
We are aware of this issue and apologize for the inconvenience. We are working at this time to fix it. I will report back here when we have done so.

@Anonymous What error are you facing? I know the title says one thing but the discussion below branched off into others. If you are on 10.12 OS X then we have officially blocked install on that version.

@Anonymous We have checked and we can successfully install on 10.13 machines. Can you please capture the error you are receiving? Does it give you a UI to access the log files?

Here's the log file and my software in Chinese it basically means it's not sure what's stopping to install.
@Anonymous We are still looking at the log files and trying to understand what is blocking you from installing.
Requesting one more information - Can you please run this - ls -ale@ /Users/n/Applications in the terminal and report back the information that you see?

It says command not found if i type this in ( - ls -ale@ /Users/n/Applications ). Did I put the right thing in?
