Can't solve a Missing Profile issue

I have a multitude of files just like this one where I perform the same operations in each, for some reason this extrusion keeps producing a Missing Profile warning... 

The Body in question is the last in the timeline within the "BuildOut_BODIES" component, and the source profile is the enclosed profile in the "Base" sketch within the "BuildOut_SKETCHES" component.

I'm clearly missing something... any help appreciated.

I could not find the error in the profile either but I wanted to suggest a quick solution to move forward.  The profile you have is on one of the component origin planes.  Select that plane, make a new sketch and project all of the problematic sketch into the new sketch.  This will give you a new "valid" profile so you can continue designing.
