Can’t save my work as says subscription expired

What should  I do to save my design when it won’t let me save or export after hours of work? It says fusion 360 expired and file is read only. But it had let me design the whole time. I reactivated the account but I don’t know how to save my work in the current window . What can I do so I don’t lose it? Please help!
