Fusion removing linebreaks, replacing symbols and changing font size when starting a new drawing.

When you make a new drawing from template, on the RHS, above the title block, there are 5 lines of text to define standards.
For some reason, Fusion is removing removing the line breaks and replacing the "location" symbol with a "j" and changing for font size.
Templates are verified to display correctly. It is as if some scripts are being ran when the part is imported into the drawing which somehow affects that block.
