Can i copy elements from 3D model and apply them to other elements in the same 3D model?

Greetings, ladies and gentlemen.

Is there any way for me to copy a flange from one hole and appy it to every other hole? 

Or i have to manually repeat the same operation set on every single hole?

Rectangular or pattern on a path, could do that,

but working after yellow icons, no guarantees.
