Autodesk Fusion 360 shut down unexpectedly

I'm sorry if this has already been discussed here, but I couldn't find it. I'm new as a Mac user and I'm using a Macbook air M1 and for some reason my Fusion 360 isn't working, I've already contacted support and they told me that it was my MacOs Sonoma that wasn't supported, I had to format the machine and go back for MacOs ventura. It's still not working. Anyone going through this?

technical information:

- Identifier: com.autodesk.fusion360
Version: 2.0.17721 (2.0.17721)
Code Type: ARM-64 (Native)
Parent Process: launchd [1]

- Date/Time: 2023-11-22 23:59:25.6020 -0300
OS Version: macOS Ventura 13.6.1 (22G313)

Hi @jonatha_wna ,

This is AutoCAD for Mac Forum, but your question is about Fusion 360, so you need to ask it here:
