Arrange not working as it was before the last update

The last time I used the arrange feature, before the update, it worked as an awesome dream.

Now it's a nightmare from HELL.

Your video is not viewable without the viewer creating an account. 

 

I have tried Arrange in both the Design and the Manufacturing environment and it works just fine.  The attached Screencast is in the Design environment.  Fusion Version shown also.

Arrange is working now again, don't know what happened there.
