Hi.

After opening a saved drawing, the following message appeared in the TEXT COMMANDS window:

"Uncaught (in promise) SyntaxError: Unexpected end of JSON input"

What's the problem and should I fix anything in my drawings?
Is there a risk of file corruption?
This is a very important project !!!

greetings

Hello @m.podsiadlowicz

Thank you for posting the query.

This is a JSON specific error. Something's off while reading the JSON file. I have a couple of questions which will help us identifying the plausible reason and also the severity.

  1. Are you able to open the file?
  2. Do you see any instability after opening the file?
  3. Are you able to save the changes and re-open the file successfully?
  4. Are you able to update the drawing file when there is some change in the model file (f3d)?

Also, it will help us a lot if you can share the file with us. If you are not comfortable posting a public link please feel free to send the link to my official email id rohit.bapat@autodesk.com . You can find more information about sharing the link here
