Aligning construction plane so it is not skewed

When items are aligned with the x,y,z planes, you can click on the navigation cube to automatically have them move into a position that is parallel with the screen. 

If I create a construction plane on the highlighted blue surface, how can I use the navigation cube to make it (sketch or construction plane) parallel with the screen?

I found the answer:

 

Click on the second icon from the left in the center, bottom bar. 

Hope this helps someone else out... took me most of the evening to figure it out.

Select anything in the window, and

click "Look At" Icon here.
