what does "There are Multiple Installers Running" mean?

I was able to download "Fusion Client Downloader" on my PC but for some reason whenever I try to open it, it always leads me to this page that says, "There are Multiple Installers Running." What does that even mean, and how am I supposed to fix this? I don't know too much about computers, and I only remember downloading this app once.

In Windows operating system, this warning means that you are trying to run the Fusion Client Downloader executable more than once BEFORE the first executable has finished.  This has probably occurred when you have tried to run the installer but it did not do something you expected and you tried to run it again.  You can only have one installer running at one time.  It has nothing to do with how many times you downloaded the installer executable (EXE).

The easiest method to fix this issue is normally to restart your computer.  Another method is to run the Windows Task Manager and look at all the processes that are running and if you find the installer is running then you can select it and then select the "End Task" command.  If you do not know much about computers, this will be a very hard process to understand.  Below is a screen capture of Windows Task Manager with the Fusion application running just to give you an example.  There are a large number of processes running at one time during a Windows session but normally only one of each application can run at one time.

I am assuming you are running a Windows based operating system computer, if not, my post will be of no help.  To start the Task Manager there are many ways.  The easiest is to right click your mouse on the Task Bar, normally located at the bottom of your screen and select the Task Manager from the list.  I added an Animated GIF for this process also.

I wonder if there's some new bug here (or something is tickling it more). I've been seeing this more often as of late. Similarly, I've been seeing the dialog warning that multiple instances of Fusion itself are running in the last few weeks.
