Yes, several times. I did not try anything else out of fear of breaking something.

Have you tried shutting down Fusion, restarting your computer, and then trying again?

Tough cookie! Please apply for a different job at Autodesk, they should have plenty. In this forum you are just offensive.

I'm sorry to offend you. The problem you are describing is unique and without asking questions like this I cannot possibly get to the bottom of it with you.

If you have restarted your computer and the problem persists, that is very good to know in the analysis of the situation. This is not a frivolous request.

I'm only asking for information and for you to take steps to resolve this as quickly as possible and also figure out what happened so it doesn't happen again for anyone else. Getting you past this dialog is my top priority at this moment.

My apologies again, best regards,

I had the same issue. The error message says that I have exceeded the number of active sessions, and it lists a running session, but the computer name listed is the name of the computer I am currently using. So that doesn't look right to me. I tried to completely shut down the PC and power it back up again. No difference. The same error. I then finally just chose the option to shutdown the session on the remote (!) computer and a recovery file would be saved. Then Fusion 360 was loaded and it immediately prompts me if I want to load the recovery file. So I didn't lose anything, but it doesn't look right.

@SteinHDan

 Can you explain how it doesn't look right?  preferably with screen capture images and perhaps by attaching the actual file.

The screenshot is already at the top of this thread. It doesn't look right because I am trying to start Fusion and it says I have exceeded the max number of sessions and it lists a session on a computer, but that is the same computer that I am using, and since I even did a complete power down, that doesn't seem right to me, or does it to you? I posted here to try to help others in the same situation.
