update.bat script does not update from version 2602.1.25 to 2604.1.24

We use the script 'update.bat' to check for Fusion admin install updates.  The script is on page 31 of the document "Advanced_Fusion360_Lab_Installation_Instructions_en-GB.pdf".  Previous updates have worked successfully.  We currently have version 2602.1.25 installed.  When we run Fusion, it says that an update is available.  However, when we run the 'update.bat' script, it does not update.  If we click update within Fusion, it updates to version 2604.1.25.  The streamer log is attached.

My name is Eli Iglesias and I am professor here at Trinity University that uses Fusion to teach CAD modeling in our intro to engineering design and analysis course.

Students have been unable to use Fusion on any of the campus computers for over a month now. Neal, original poster (npape), he is our Academic and Research Technologist on campus and is tasked with resolving software issues on our machines. Please expedite this request from Neal.
