Unable to Fillet Lines for Creating a Curve Radius

anyone able to confirm why I can't fillet these lines to create a curve radius and a solution.

Would you have any suggestions on the surface project as some curves are not able to be projected. I have attached a video.

Enable 3D Sketch

Project>Include 3D Geometry

Sweep (or Pipe) on your 3D Path

Edit:  Oops, I didn't make the Component active - but we'll say I did that to see if you would catch it.  Yeah, we'll go with that.  And I guess you don't need to make 3D active to Include 3D Geometry, but old habit I guess.

With Pipe - you don't even really need the 3D sketch path - simply turn off Chain Select and select desired edges...

Same is true for Sweep - you don't really need to create the path sketch, just select the edges to follow.
