Unable to download Fusion 360 for personal use

I'm trying to download Fusion for Personal Use on a Macbook.  I get the error message shown below, in spite of entering my valid email address.  I've tried on Chrome, with all extensions disabled, and also on Safari with the same result.  Searching this forum, I see similar problems, with the suggestion that non-US IPs might be a problem (I'm in Mexico); I've tried a VPN with a US address, with the same result.  Can anyone help?  Thanks!Screenshot 2025-03-22 at 5.17.33 AM.png

Thanks John.  The link did cause a .dmg file to download, but once the file was in place, trying to install gave me this:

I am sorry I cannot help you, I am a Windows user.  To run the application, regardless of its state in Windows, I just tell to to Install As Administrator and forget the security check.  I do not know this process for MAC products.  I gave you the site to download it, that was your question.

@elbyman @Can you please login to login.autodesk360.com and let me know what happens? The fact that it does not recognize your email could mean that an account does not exist in the first place.

I was logged in at the time.  Something else going on, but the link provided by John accepted my credentials, and I’m up-and-running!  Thanks

I had the same error. You need to delete it and write the email adress manually.
But then I have another problem.. The download button does nothing.

I'm having the exact same problem: the download button does not link to anything. Has anyone succeeded downloading the Fusion Personal Use installer?

@ryanmcfaul @ondrej8NWJ8 If you right click on the download button and say open in new tab - what url does it point to and what does the new page open up to? Is it possible that there is a pop-up blocker in place?

Opening in new tab brings up this URL:

https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/personal-download#!

I did have an adblocker active but this does not usually stop downloads, and with this disabled i still have the same issue.

@m_stanojkovic23 Can you provide more details on what is happening? Any screen shot of what errors you are receiving ? Di you try with any other browser ? Is a browser pop-up blocker is in place etc?

I was able to use the link to download and install the software, but it says that trial period ends in 30 days. Is this the personal use version or a trial version of the full software? How can I tell? The About page indicates that the Active Plan is Trial. It doesn't say anything about Personal Use. Am I missing something?

Unlike the OP, I'm in the US, but still received the error to enter a valid email address. That's crazy. I wouldn't have gotten the access code if my email wasn't valid. And yes, I was logged in.

All Fusion Personal License start with a Fusion Subscription Trial for 30 days.  Once the 30 days have passed, Fusion will continue and revert to a Fusion Personal License.  This is Autodesk way of advertising by giving you full access hoping you will purchase the subscription license after you have tried it.

Thank you for that information. It's very confusing to do it that way.
