As in the picture, I can only see a blank, even if using VPN can not solve.

Please provide more details.

• Is this happening for a specific design or
• Are you not able to see Simulation results for all solve?

Please update the graphics drivers restart and solve.

Thank you very much for your help. I can access this result normally after I update the graphics driver. But I had more problems.
One of my designs can't be simulated. When I submit the cloud simulation, there will be a simulation error.
When I work next time, I can provide a screenshot (it should be at 21 / 3 / 17 / 8:00am (GMT + 8)). For this problem, I will issue a new help (because it is different from this problem).

I have the same issue running simulation of plastic injection molding - the simulation run just fine(it takes quite a long time like up to 1 hour running on ). But I'm unable to see the results page.

Occur on all the parts I have tried to solve. 

Odd part is that my collegues running fusion with access to same parts are able to see the results page from my simulations..

Reinstalled Fusion, Updated Win 10, Updated Graphics driver to latest version.

Compared settings for firewall etc to my collegues without any differences - only difference is in the graphics card - which is more difficult to change on labtops  - in reality requiring a new labtop.

Hello Everyone,

Anyone got a solution for the "simulation results showing blank page" problem? I have the same problem with plastic injection molding study results. All simulations and results work seamlessly on my office PC with windows 10 and Nvidia graphic card GE Force GT 1030. Even on my home PC with windows 10 and only Intel onboard graphics.

But On my laptop with Windows 7 and AMD Radeon HD 6470M graphic card, All simulation studies work well except the results page which is blank. I am aware that support for windows 7 is discontinued. This problem i feel is related to some setting which is interfering in displaying the results page. Screen shots are attached, appreciate any help.
