TITLE BLOCK FONT SIZE

I am creating a custom title block in drawings, and in doing so each time I place text in the title block to include attributes it defaults to a very large size, and I have to change it to something smaller each and every time. Is there a way, say under preferences to set the default size of the font when I am building a title block? Thank you for your time in advance. Sean

Hi @Sean3073

The best way to do this is to create a text placeholder at the size required, then to copy it to the locations that you'd like it to appear in. See the animation below, I hope this helps!

Hi,

1. Create a template with desired sizes for standard text and attributes. > not for personal license

2. Personal licence > create a titleblock (ACAD, QCAD ..) > save as DWG > insert this titleblock into new drawings

Hi @Sean3073

As a follow-up to my previous comment, my colleague @Pramod.kadam pointed out that you may have meant attribute, not text. In this instance, follow the same workflow as before, i.e. create an attribute at the desired size and then copy it to the required locations, then edit and swap the attribute, as shown below.

Thank you very much for the help. Attribute along with the text function was one of the solutions I was hoping for, of which your method works for both. Maybe someday Fusion will let you set a default so you don't have to copy, but honestly doing copy paste might be even faster. Once again thank you. Sean
