Team Hub not available

I just started up Fusion for the first time in a month - my computer died and it took awhile to get it replaced.

Once the Fusion app starts up (running an a Mac), my personal hub is selected, and my team hub is apparently not available(?).

When I click on my name (ie my personal Hub) , a drop box is supposed to appear, allowing me to select my team hub, but nothing happens... What is going on?

Please help! as I am now way behind on several projects, all of which are contained in my team hub.

Thanks, Gerry Kmack

The first thing I would do is log into your Fusion Web Database to see if you can find your Team and projects.  If this is successful, then you should see the Team on your Fusion Data Panel if you use the same Autodesk ID and Password to log into Fusion.  The Fusion Web Database link is here.

This appears to be an issue with the Data Panel. I have seen this issue with my MacBook Pro with the M3 processor and eGPU. I have had to run using Rosetta with the eGPU disabled.

In terminal you can disable eGPU using this:

launchctl setenv NEUTRON_CHROME_DISABLE_GPU 1

Some of the Intel based Macs may restored the drop down by turning off the high-resolution canvas in the Fusion preferences. Preferences > Graphics > Display and uncheck High-resolution canvas graphics on high DPI displays.

In a pinch you can alternatively set your default Team Hub using the web interface.

Hopefully these Data Panel issues will be sorted soon. In my reading the latest Insider Beta has fixed some of these issues. I'd really like to be able run natively (without Rosetta) and re-enable the eGPU.

Thanks for the reply!

I clicked on the link that you provided. When I logged in there, I could see both of my Hubs. I then logged out of the app (for the first time that I can remember) relogged  in, and both of my hubs are available again.

THANKS!

Thanks! Accessing via the web interface seems to have fixed the problem for me.

FWIW, my new Mac is a Mac mini running an M2 Pro processor, my old Mac was a 2015 Intel based iMac... did not expect there to be differences in the Fusion app with the change...

@jhackney1972 Interesting fix. I was able to re-enable my eGPU after signing out and switching teams through the web interface. The drop down menu re-appeared. I still can't run natively without Rosetta as the Data Panel is blank.
