Student Cloud Credits

Hi guys,

I signed up for a student account around a month ago and was under the belief that I had unlimited cloud credits to render with, as long as the job was under 16 credits at a time. However, upon checking my account on the Autodesk website, it shows an allocated 120 credits, around half of which have been used. I'm confused because as I stated I signed up for a student account.

If anyone could help me out that would be great!

Thanks,

Michael.

Hi @Anonymous,

I see that as well. Just to check, do you see this in the rendering within Fusion 360? From what we can see, you should not have an issue if you go to render within Fusion 360. You should be entitled to the student cloud credits. Please let me know what you see within Fusion 360.

@Anonymous - I will comment on your thread shortly. I believe we have identified the issue. Will post more on the original thread. Sorry about the delay.

Thanks,

Hi @Anonymous,

Can you please click the "3 Credits Required" and show me what you see. It should give you a full drop down and show how many you have left. Since you are a student it should be unlimited.

Thanks,

James,

This is what the drop-down menu when I render shows.

Thanks,

Michael.

Hi @Anonymous,

Do you mind reposting the screenshot? Looks like nothing attached.
