I'm having exactly the same issue, also on a pc with a intel N3450 processor. Looking at the other PCs mentioned in this thread, all (mine (N3450), Chuwi Lapbook 14.1 (N3450), and the Aspires (N4200)) all also have Intel Apollo Lake processors (N series processors) ?!
I'm also getting no response from the akamai time server as error message, but can access that URL from all browsers on the PC as well as via CURL from the power shell command line as you can see at the bottom of this message.
Also, I installed fusion on another i7 device on the same network which works perfectly, but can't get it to work on this pc after trying all fixes etc on this forum.
Could be an issue with the some portion of the code when running on the new(ish) Apollo Lake processors?
