Strange grid when using section view in a Drawing

Hey everyone,

I tried to convert my object into a drawing and take a section view of it down the middle. I'm attaching an image of what this looks like in the regular view (not the Drawing tab). In the drawing, Fusion ended up showing me the right object with the right section view, but covered in strange lines/grids (see second image). I can't quite figure out what they are and how to remove those.

Please attach your model, not the 2D drawing, so the Forum users can investigate.  

If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it. If needed, ZIP a F3Z file.
