Thank you, I am having the same problem! exporting to a new folder seems to work. hope that helps you guys figure this out.. also if you try to replace an already saved stl by exporting fusion crashes. You can try deleting the stl from your folder, that did the trick for me

It is not likely to be related to the creation of a Team Hub. It also seems to be crashing with different STL software, no particular application.

As for your Preferences - sometimes Fusion needs to download you preferences the first time you sign in, but should appear after a restart. If the preferences are not saving between application sessions, we may need to check your logs to look for any errors.

Out of curiosity, could you please try the steps from this post and confirm if the crash still happens?

hi Lance
I have already done all the steps you recommended in the other post.
my pc has a Nvidia Geforce RTX 2060 video card
i have updated the drivers
and apparently i'm reading that many users have the same problem as me with F360

Yes, this issue has been difficult to reproduce. The current theory is that it's something related to the default STL handler, which in turn is responsible for generating thumbnail icon previews. I think the thumbnail generation might be the issue here, but it's unclear to me why it started now and what is in common between affected users.

@jerrybaffetto do you have Chitubox installed? We have confirmed the crash when Chitubox is set as the default handler for STLs, and generating thumbnail icons for Windows Explorer.

If you have this installed, please try uninstalling it and see if the crash continues.

hi Lance
yes, I've been using chitubox forever and I've been using fusion forever, I don't think that's the problem. (I also use SF3d, Tronxy slicer and Idea maker)
besides i can't even import image files to fusion...

@jerrybaffetto we have only been able to reproduce this crash with Chitubox installed. For the moment, this seems to be the quickest workaround to Explorer crashing Fusion 360.
