STL export Issues?

Hi Community,

are there any STL export issues since the latest update?

whan I hit the "save to STL" on a component, it takes forever to open the file dialog box...

sometimes up to 5 minutes.

This started at the latest update on fusion 360, I have had no problems with the versions before.

I've not noticed anything different, is it the same with a simple cube? Have you accidently set the mesh option to a very accurate\fine mesh?

I can validate what @HughesTooling says. There have been no changes to the STL export capability in quite a while. Are you sure that you are not operating on a very complex object, or as Mark says, have the precision set very fine? It can certainly take some time to compute the faceting in a large model. Also, do you have "Preview" enabled? That will also have some performance impact.
