Sketcher dimensioning/constraining not working

As seen in the screencast (sorry I forgot to turn the speakers off), dimensioning/constraining has gone wacky.

When I first created the line I tried to dimension at .375, it was OK.

When I added another dimension, the .375 changed itself to .203 and I can't fix it.

The original extrude feature is yellow because I copied and pasted the component into a new design to keep the file small.
