Sketch is unstable

I have design with sketch, and any minor change in it (trying to move point, resize referenced sketch, recalculate) turns sketch into mess.

What is the problem and how to work around it?

I'm not quite sure how it got in this state, but the problem seems to be this tangent constraint:

It seems that just deleting and re-adding this constraint seems to fix it:
