Shape optimization fail

Hi,

I'm evaluating a trial version of generative design plugin and I'm having a hard time setting even a very simple example. I attach a f3d file with my model - a beam with a support structure on top. I would expect the solver to generate a bridge-like model. I don't know how to export a simulation, so no file, but I've done everything as on most tutorials - I added contraints, preserved regions, structural load and I generated a mesh. Pre-check doesn't return any errors. When I start the solver it sends the study to the cloud and it fails almost immediatelly after send is done.

I also attach the log, but there is nothing there. To be honest it's really frustrating - no information whatsoever just "FAIL" each time. Doesn't look like a product worth $1600 a year.
