Can someone poke at my support case?

I filed a support request a week and a half ago and haven't heard anything. 19428266 

 

Replying to the email doesn't help. The "chat agent" is broken (spins forever trying to load my options). Nobody could do anything about my post on it here...I'm stuck.

 

I gotta say, this product feels like it's falling off the rails recently.

I don't have the ability to look at support tickets, but perhaps there is something we can do on this side of things to help you? What exactly are you running into?
I have pinged the Support Team to look into your ticket, but I'm unsure of when I will hear back...

Thanks for pinging them. 

 

Search is failing on old files, and I'm concerned my backend is corrupted again. If there's something funky going on, I'm hesitant to open these older files until I know I'm not going to wreck them in the process.

Also, the live support agent flow is busted. It just spins on "Loading your options".
