Remove small circles

trying to remove little circles on a Fusion 360 sketch

those are not "circles", they are sketch points (most likely center points from arcs).  You cannot delete them, but you can turn off their display here:

ok, I clicked on show points and then finish sketch and nothing happened

you'll have to share the design here.  When you say "small circles" are these what you are talking about?

you just have a lot of sketches in this design.  This may cause other problems down the road, or it may not.  But, the "Show Points" setting is applied per sketch, so you just have to find all the sketches which have points in them, and turn them off:
