Read Only File: Changes are not savable / Renew

Hello,

Recently Fusion 360 is not letting me export or save designs. Sketches now show "Read Only File: Changes are not savable / Renew" in the center of the screen. Unsure if its related but I noticed this after a while of not using the software and performing an update. I can open old files however I'm unable to save or export them as well. My personal license is active.

Any help is appreciated!

Please attach some relevant screen captures that show what you are doing and what you see.

@brandonstasny16 Can you please collect the logs files for us?

1. Go to add/remove programs- select Fusion - MODIFY
2. This will launch the service utility
3. gather system info
4. Attach the Fuiondiagnosticslogs.zip

Did anyone ever help you to find a solution to enable you to save your open work without losing it? 

Just being instructed to close session and lose your work is not a valid solution or response.
